Meet Our Trainers!


Rachel Taylor

Founder, CEO & Trainer

Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Studied Kinesiology at Concordia University St. Paul, where she was a NSIC Track and Field athlete. Empowering others to reach new heights is what fueled her passion for fitness and health. Owner of Buns & Guns Fitness LLC; Personal trainer, online coach, group fitness instructor, and professional fitness model. She specializes in positive body image, she also has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training.

Most recently, Rachel received the Young Entrepreneur Award from the Institute of Leadership and Mentorship! She was the first female to be honored with this award!

Rachel also worked closely with an organization called "Art'ing for A Cause to launch "Youth Empowerment Workshop", which she was also on the panel discussing  her story & fitness journey, being a business woman, what empowered her . Rachel plans on continuing to help other entrepreneurs get started on their journeys too!


Tyler Phillips

Strength and Conditioning Coach


As a quickly arising business owner, Totally Committed CEO Tyler Phillips now has more than 8 years experience coaching/mentoring and training. He has now coached 2 of his own high school football combines, and trained/mentored 5 high school players to earn Division 1 scholarships. Tyler also coaches the defensive backs at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Mn.


In addition, Tyler works with local recreation centers and helps organize/operate after-school programs for youth development. Tyler is also a motivational speaker who presents in front of a wide array of individuals from elementary school students to professional athletes.
